Exhibition

Companies are invited to present their products during the meeting. The exhibition will be running paraller to the conference in Phoenix Room. All coffee breaks will take place near the exhibition area.

Exhibitors (companies) fee: €400

The fee includes the space for the exhibition, table and chairs, attachment for 230V outlet.

It is recommended to inform the Local Organizing Committee the space that company will need in order to decide, how the Exhibitors will be positioned. The companies that will participate will have the possibility to add company information (flyers, brochures etc.) to the conference documents distributed to the participants.

The company representatives can also register as ordinary participants (see Registration section) and they are invited to join the scientific presentations and all the social events. Company Representatives are also invited to give presentations during the meeting.
