In case of an objection concerning a result of an analysis issued by the State General Laboratory of Cyprus (SGL) there are the below stated possibilities for the citizen: 1. Objection against the result of official analysis of a food sample Information can be found under the relevant legislation: “Food (Control and Sale) Amending Law, No. N.20(I) of 2003 (article 15-(7) of the Basic Law)”. 2. Objection against the result of official analysis of a non-food sample If for example, the objection concerns pharmaceutical test results, information can be found under the relevant legislation: “The Drugs for Human Use (Quality Control, Purchase and Prices) Law of 2001 up to 2006) (N. 70 (I)”, article 96C(1).
