ECS maintains daily close collaboration, communication and coordination with the Health Attachés of the Permanent Representation of Cyprus to the EU, for ensuring the effective representation and promotion of the positions of the Ministry of Health in the Council Working Parties, the Committee of the Permanent Representatives and the Council of the Ministers of Health (EPSCO Health Council). Communication includes: the identification, delegation, coordination and monitoring of issues discussed in the Council Working Parties, the management of respective correspondence and the preparation of the position of the Ministry of Health on various issues discussed in the Council Working Parties, the Committees of the European Commission and other relevant bodies.
