The by law responsible person, for the company that manufactures, moves through another Member State, imports from a third country or distributes / sells tobacco products must, prior to commencement of its operations, based on the Health Protection (Smoking Control) Regulations 2017, take all necessary steps to ensure that each packaging unit and each outer packaging:
• TOBACCO PRODUCTS FOR SMOKING
- To state the general warning in Greek: «Το κάπνισμα σκοτώνει»
- To state the general warning in Turkish: «Σütün içmek öldürür»
