The person responsible by law, of a company that produces, transports through another Member State, imports from a third country or distributes:

• tobacco products

• new tobacco products

• electronic cigarettes

• Herbal products for smoking

• non-smoking tobacco products

Prior to commencing operations, based on Section 4 of the Health Protection (Smoking Control) Act of 2017, must submit to the Head of Health Services an application for registration to the register, accompanied by the required supporting or other documents.
