The person responsible by law, of a company that produces, transports through another Member State, imports from a third country or distributes tobacco products must, prior to commencement of operations, based on Regulation 10 (1) of the Health Protection (Smoking Control) Regulations 2017, apply for authorization for health warnings, which will be listed on each packaging unit and each outer packaging of its product, in Greek and Turkish.
