1. Ensure that the products are Notified through the CPNP.
2. Ensure that a Product Information File is kept for each product at a European address mentioned on the product’s labelling.
3. Ensure that the product’s labelling is in accordance with European and National provisions.
4. Send a Notification letter to Pharmaceutical Services (c/o Cosmetics Department) with reference to the products, the CPNP reference numbers, the address where the Product Information File (PIF) is kept and where the products will be placed. (e.g. supermarkets, pharmacies, beauty shops).
5. Ensure compliance with all the National and European Legislation.
