The person responsible by law, for a business that is producing ice cream with raw milk, shall be obliged prior to the commencement of operations and in parallel with the registration procedure (see 2.3.1), pursuant to Article 4 (2) of Community Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004, to submit an application for approval of his facility to the Head of Health Services, accompanied by the required supporting or other documents.
