Annual Meeting

Companies are invited to present their products during the meeting. Exhibitors (companies) will have to pay a fee of 400 Euros to cover expenses for the necessary arrangements. The fee includes the space for the exhibition, table and chairs, attachment for 230V outlet. It is recommended to inform the Local Organizing Committee the space that company will need in order to decide, how the

Exhibitors will be positioned. The companies that will participate will have the possibility to add company information (flyers, brochures etc.) to the conference documents distributed to the participants.

The company representatives have also to register as ordinary participants (see Registration section) and they are invited to join the scientific presentations and all the social events but not business meeting of the Working Group or the Reporting Session of the Subcommittees. Company Representatives are also invited to give presentations during the meeting. The Abstracts must be submitted by

15th March 2012

and abstract submission form must be used (Call for abstract section).

The company representatives are not allowed to participate in the Business Meeting of the Working Group
