Simple definitions of more than 250 scientific terms will bring extra clarity to the European Food Safety Authority’s (EFSA) communications, helping lay audiences with an interest in EFSA’s work to understand what are sometimes complex scientific concepts and conclusions. The glossary is available in English, French, German and Italian in the form of an A-Z list. It will also be gradually integrated in into EFSA’s news and topics.
