The Council of Europe co-organized with the Republic of Cyprus (State General Laboratory) the above Conference on the Convention (Medicrime Convention) which the Republic of Cyprus signed in October 2009 in Moscow. Cyprus was among the first 11 countries that signed the Convention for the preparation of which participated the Director of the State General Laboratory, as President of the Official Medicines Control Laboratories Network of the Council of Europe.
