EFSA Scientific Conference 2018 is reflecting on the future of risk assessment in food safety while acknowledging the social and political context within which it operates. Researchers, risk assessors, social scientists, risk managers and stakeholders from all’over the world will gathered to discuss issues around the complex interplay between science, food and society.
The State General Laboratory participates in the Scientific Conference with a number of posters presenting the results of its scientific work on relevant issues.
The participation of the scientists of the State General Laboratory of Cyprus at the conference is also a unique opportunity for networking and exchange of views and knowledge on issues of risk assessment in food safety with the leaders of scientific community worldwide in an interdisciplinary context, as well as for broadening the knowledge on the future of risk assessment in food safety and the interplay between science, food and society.
